Electrostatic Media

Electrostatic HVAC filter media
Electrostatic Series: Utilises static electricity to attract dust particles

Media Grade: Electrostatic

Electrostatic media is a mesh media that has been specially designed so that when air passes through, it creates a static charge. This charge then attracts dust particles, and prevents them from passing through the filter.

Electrostatic media is subjected to incremental increases in particulate loading over its lifespan, which will eventually cause a reduction in the media’s static charge. Therefore, it is imperative that the media be routinely cleaned, to restore the static charge.

Pearl HVAC’s electrostatic media is often used as an alternative to polyester G2 media in domestic console units.
