Mist Eliminators

Pearl HVAC manufacture two types of Mist Eliminator filters: stainless steel mesh, and foam.

Foam filters can be produced in sizes up to 595 × 595 mm, and are a far more economical alternative to the stainless steel mesh.

Both types of mist eliminator filters Pearl HVAC manufacture are highly effective at reducing moisture from air and gas streams, including: oil mist, water mist, vapours, and salt laden coastal air mist.

Variations

Mist Eliminators remove moisture from air and gas streams. Constructed of coalescing foam
ME-F Series: Economical filter effective at reducing moisture content in an air stream

Materials: Coalescing Foam
Available Thicknesses: 50 mm

Pearl HVAC can construct mist eliminator filters using an innovative coalescing foam. Custom sizes can be provided, up to maximum dimensions of: 595 × 595 mm.

The coalescing foam filters 10-micron water/oil droplets at an efficiency greater than 90%, achieved at 2.54 m/s face velocity.

Mist Eliminators remove moisture from air and gas streams. Constructed of stainless steel mesh
ME Series: Heavy duty mist eliminator effective at reducing moisture in an air stream

Materials: Aluminium, Stainless Steel
Available Thicknesses: 20-50 mm

Pearl HVAC manufacture mist eliminator filters consisting of several layers of corrugated stainless steel mesh.

Mist Eliminator filters are ideal for first stage separation in an intake system affected by a high moisture content.

They are designed to filter 20 micron water/oil droplets at an efficiency of 97%, achieved at 2.54 m/s face velocity.
