Pearl HVAC manufacture return air filters to customer specified dimensions. Larger sizes feature a brace to support the filter media and reduce strain while in operation.
Most filters for return air grilles are manufactured with electrostatic mesh. Such filters should be cleaned regularly to maintain their static charge. Alternatively, return air grilles can be manufactured with G2 grade media, which requires replacement at the end of its life. An activated carbon variant is also available.
